Durabilt Ratchet Load Binder has a load-and-lock anti-theft feature, allowing the user to lock the binder with a standard 3/8in. dia. short or long shank padlock (not included). The uni-steel, high carbon handle and a heavy-swedged barrel are constructed of cold-drawn steel tubing instead of welded pipe. A longer 15in. handle makes it easier to tighten down loads. 7100-lb. capacity working load. D. O. T. approved.
